Feeling a little a lot overwhelmed today.  Not sure why.  Could be

• the slew of appointments (doctor, chiropractor, physiotherapist, dentist, plastic surgeon to name a few) coming up in the next month. 
• the recent "issues" we are having with the immigration office (so frustrating when you're trying to do the right thing). 
• the heat....hello summer! 
• the new job starting next week (and trying to get everything done at my current one). 
• that the I've been "commissioned" to make my first cake (for a friend's wedding shower).

Now that's a list!  Ah, I feel better now...I love lists!

Regardless, I do feel like I'm getting stuff accomplished today...and for that, I think I deserve a rose!

 But I'll let Vanessa take it (from Belle...honorary Princess at the Disney show!)

 Oh, and this is just funny....first time at Canada's Wonderland....and what do they pick as their first ride?  The swan!  (they waited like 20 minutes in the swealtering heat for this).

I'm feeling better already :)

This kid just makes me smile.  His (sometimes) curly hair, adorable dimple and hilarious demeanor.  Seriously!

The First Cottage Weekend of the Summer (2011)

We always look forward to getting back to the cottage after a long cold winter (ok, so we spent one month in Florida this year....but it was a REALLY cold winter!).

The kids LOVE to get their hands on the camera.  And I love looking through the pictures to see what they feel is worthy of a snap.  It's like getting a sneak peak at the world from their eyes.  (warning this post is photo heavy!)

Cooling off on a hot spring day

Ok, so these pictures were taken when we were vacationing in Florida.....but on a super hot spring day like today, just looking at them makes me feel cooler and excited about the warm weather!

And, the baby bum in the background just makes me smile that much more :)
